Unable to enter or move in building

I have started building my base when sudenly i couldn't move people inside my laboratory. Then I tried to send there another two, so they could at least finish the job. But they couldnňt get in. I tried to close and reopen doors and restart the game, unfortunatly neither of it worked. I'm attaching the save game.

Genious mind is like a flail. If you learn how to use it, it can be deadly weapon, but if you don't, you can easily kill your self with it.

Ou and one more thing... Sorry for my english.
