0.46.1 crashes

Could not restart game after 0.46.1 update. Uninstalled and re downloaded game. Game loads and can start new game. I get to see the legs only of the units. Movement are confused, cursor to edge of screen rotates the screen. If I go into option to change hot keys, game crashes. Tried many different ways with same result. Attached is the crashdump of my last attempt.
