I have been getting a regular crash when i attempt to pick up an NPC. Originally i got this bug on my old character so i created a new save game to test. On this new save game the bug is still apparent.
I play the game as a solo character so i do not know if the bug works with other player controlled party members, but it happens when trying to pick up any NPC.
Crash dump file attached.

I am running the same version, I have a squad of 8 in my game, and I can confirm that the problem occurs consistently regardless of which player character attempts to pick up the NPC.

I don't know if you mean when you right click and the pop up box appears or the animation itself.
I used to get this bug, when I right clicked on an NPC body e.g Dust Bandit Leader, on the pop up box it said 'Pick up', having clicked this it crashes. It also happened when I clicked loot or first aid.
It was fixed for me when I right clicked on an NPC body, allowing the pop up box to stay on the screen indefinitely before left clicking it, and not instantly as the pop up box 'pops up'.
I find clicking 'Hardware mouse' in the options also helps.
Hope this helps.
