Hello, got this crash about 3-4 times now have. dropped settings but still keep getting same error plz help?

all my crashes are now super crashes

ok so ive put "force Single thing", verified/fixed steam files and run as administrator... still i get crashes 
, Just started on my 1st town and its annoying when i have to save after every action..
