building ownership

somehow after buying a building in Brink, I ended up with ownership of several of the other buildings. This includes a couple buildings with shops. Those shops no longer update their stock.

I also have not seen a single trading caravan going into Brink. When bandits show up they usually number 40+. not sure if those numbers are intentional or not but its annoying to only have 20 members and fighting 40 dust bandits. I have to stay at Brink right now just to stay alive.

for the first part
can you please zip up your savegame folder and upload it. or if its over 2 megs after zipping it, use a service like dropbox to store the file then post the link for it here.
You can fix it by importing into a new Game with tech and without buildings.

second part
Trading is not working correctly and hasn't for some time.
and the 40 dust bandits, you either have NPC squad sizes set to max or you're using a mod that changes the amounts. As for your group of 20
all i can say is. train them up so they can stand on their own. That is part of this games gameplay mechanics. You can't hire 20 people then expect to win every fight. you have to train hard until such a time as they can win against that many.

I solo play and go up against 80 to 100 dust bandits or hungry bandits, usually i don't win at first. but after being knocked out for say 10 or 15 times,( Or More ) i whittle them down until i am the last one standing.
