Medic skill leveled up to 102 today

This morning, I had a character with a field medic skill of 97. After healing up some hungry bandits in an attempt to make them stop robbing me of building materials, I noticed his field medic skill was 102. Maybe not a bug, but I had thought that skills didn't level above 100 these days.
