[0.67.0] Limb disabled doesn't recover

My character got injured and his right arm got disabled in a fight. After healing with a medikit and resting, the arm still useless. Even the stat showed reduced defensive skill due to lack of an arm, meaning its not a graphic bug. I forgot to take any pics and the problem seems to be corrected after I exit the game and reloaded the save.

So not sure if it's a program error needing me to save and reload for the limb to recover after a full rest with 99% health. But that will be very annoying if it continues like this, requiring saving and restarting the game each time I full heal and rest my squad. Anyway only got time to start playing again after weeks of being away...I'll try to replicate the error again if possible to see if its a one-time thing or a real bug.

Hope others doesn't experience a similar issue...
