i traveled with 4 companions to brink. i put two of them in the training chamber, and the two others i used to scour the city for a merchant and some more hired muscle. i tried to go to the sign where it said "trade" but i couldn't go in a straight line. it wanted my goons to pass by a building opposite of where i wanted to go. there wasn't even a wall.
before i reached the trading shop(because of the detour) i walked by an armor vendor, and decided to take a look at the inventory and sell stuff there instead. i opened the counter to see if i could trade but nothing, then i talked to the persons in the room until i found the one i could trade with.. then i sat for 2 seconds without spending anything and boom crash.

Also another bug - i dropped a lot of good items while training with a dummy and they completely disappeared from the game.

other than that, i love it already. bought it yesterday.. i can't wait to get more features!

Again i'm posting another. this time i was walking northeast of Brink, where i got severely beat up a lot of times, but managed to keep my guys from bleeding out. one of them though. after she woke up from recovery, instead of getting up, she spawned back at Brink. just before the crash i looted some ninja stuff from some sand ninjas, just before i got mugged by some bandits then crash.

i stopped uploading more because i was lazy and just wanted to play(been spamming f5 in-game)..

and also because i don't know if it's the same file i'm uploading over and over..

But if you want to i can keep uploading more

it rewrites the previous version each time it makes a crash report. so each one you upload is different from the first.

here's another.

i just loaded the game because i had a crash before this one in the same location.
i was traveling south from shark where i found dust bandits fighting a gang of dust ninjas.

i ran with a couple of my dudes ahead and found a dust ninja corpse. i looted it and clicked on my other guys picture. he was kind of far away. i equipped the samurai pants and planted the old ones (rags of some sort) somewhere. then my friend came so i paused the game for like 5 minutes. i came back to the screen saying "crash".

and here we go again.

i was fighting of the same cloud of appearently dust bandits, holy dudes, sand ninjas and hungry bandits all fighting in one place. I was looting a lot. i was set.. and then after 15 minutes of looting i think.. i crashed.

i really want this game to be good!

here's another one.

this time it was while i was looting again.
this time i was combat looting because only one enemy was left and my guys couldn't all get a punch in.

yet another dump..

this time i was building my base when i was attacked by hungry bandits, as soon as i selected everyone with ½, and set them to attack all with right click i crashed.

same thing happened as last time except it was another band of hungry bandits.. and i had just assigned new jobs .. lol

i killed the first set of bandits this time except this time i did the same thing again using everyone. to attack all

i was working rts like with 7 miners and 4 crafters 4 builders expanding stuff in x4.. i was about to finish building my second saloon when it crashed.

i had the same crash twice in a row. just after quickloading, i wait for it to load fully and then i use my dude to loot the counter at the Bag vendor in Capan. i then swap between characters so i can trade with the other guys too, and then i crash after two clicks.

this time i was past the same spot as last post. i decided not to trade between my companions before i was done buying.

and then i walked out of the city with all of my dudes southeast towards the mercenary camp. just out of the city i crashed. i put it to walking and rightclicked a point far in the horizon.

You are crashing quite a lot. Could you post your PC specs?
And maybe try reinstalling the game (but backup your saves!)

yes but i have also played the game quite a lot i think ..
steam says 39 hours.

These are my specs, i hope you can find the problem

You missed one important thing: how much RAM do you have?
The only thing I could find was that your laptop supports UP TO 8GB.
If you have only 4GB of RAM, I think we found your problem.

i am sorry to say it, but i do indeed have 8 gigs of ram.
at least it says so on the sticker on my computer.(it came with it when i bought it)

okay so my silence has been a good thing..

because instead of reinstalling the game, i tried to verify the integrity of the steam cache first.

it downloaded 12 new files.

i've now had 2 hours without a crash
