0.70.3 - Town building owner issue

Hi devs/players!

Here's another repport, concerning a large house that i bought (the one in the entrance of trader's edge) the issue here is that furnitures inside (bed, weapon stands, etc...) we're considered as mine even tho i bought the house (no dismantle option, impossible to use the bed, etc...) but the house do was considered as mine as i could open/close/lock the door or build inside.
