[0.70.4] NPC traders don't go back to counter post combat

I've noticed that the trader boss of the outpost close to Black Scratch no longer heads back to his trade outpost after combat. Instead he just hangs out in the middle of nowhere constantly fending off dog attacks.

This issue happens to my game even when I played 0.69.
The fix you could do is to reload the game and those Police Seargent/shop owners should go back to their posts.

Mine disappeared completely now. Thank goodness his counter still works so I can still ferry ale to the outpost.
