[0.71.0] Face sliders panel missing?

In this new version, I can't seem to find the panel on the character appearance UI to switch between body and face sliders/randomizers.
I tried the new game, party join, and plastic surgeon instances of the UI in 1650x1080 resolution and the new game UI at 1600x1200, all windowed. I also tried randomly changing the height of the game window after starting... that didn't help anything.
