Defense Turrets still only doing 1 damage [0.71]

This bug was reported prior to 0.71 and is still present. When you cursor over a Defense Turret in the build section it will show the damage it is suppose to have. During and After building a Defense Turret (Crossbow Mk2 & Harpoon Mk1 are the ones i built) show 1 for damage. And the Turrets do only 1 damage as i have seen on one of the dogs outside my base.
This is not a case of the damage being reduced by the dogs armor.
This is with characters with turret skills any where from 1 to 70.
These were built on a Tier 4 Wall.
Would like to add that the new squad management is Awesome
