0.71.1 x64 Crash on load and import

The game crashes as soon as I try to load my latest save or Import, this happens 100% of the time, I can however start a new game with no issues except one, even when starting a new game I still find my old base in fact I see every base I have ever built still in the world even though I started a new game.
