its in there though , tried uninstalling/installing a few times. Ran as admin.
got this off the torrent on this site.

os = windows 7 home premium service pack 1 64 bit.

Crashed during startup, didn't even make it to the main menu.

for me it just started after i had a random crash. dont know if this common and no idea when it will be fixed.
I'm in the same boat as you on it.
