(0.74.1) Character creation crash

The game crashes right after i click confirm on the character creation menu. Same issue since 0.74.0 if relevant. I have tried everything from lowest graphics to highest graphics and nothing lets me get past this crash. I can import old save files but that has missing items galore without the game crashing

Update:::: I am able too start a new game on dxd9 settings save the game and load it on dxd11 but the same weird inventory glitch happens where anything that was inside a backpack is deleted but not regular inventory. For now it seems i will only be able to play the game on dxd9.
