Audio and building lag

Hello!
The system im running for kenshi
AMD 8350 8 core vishera
8 gigs 1600mhz ram
Geforce 970 G1 (4 gig)
windows 7
all drivers and software updated

I encounter this when playing for around 5-10 minutes and it happens when i'm constructing anything within my settlement.My settings are not too extreme and i run at 40 fps normally.I should add that this is on the experimental branch dated 16/5/15 and from a clean install.
Im also missing the majority of character pictures in my group.

Ive uploaded what i believe to be my save game if that helps any
the folder it was in was over the 2mb limit.

That's not actually the save file. The save file is the whole folder that contains the .save file. The topic "Reporting a crash or bug" give's dropbox and googledrive as options to upload files bigger than 2 megs. I did the same thing, that's how I know
