[0.74.8] Outpost near Trader Edge

Hello,

Seems someone forgot his test outpost in the game . There is an outpost near trader edge with a type S-III building , Steel refinery with 2 steel bars in it , dual barrel harpoon , 3 empty building and a bugged building in center.

on an other end . Putting gear in furnace before it is completed , crash the game , need to retest it to be sure
