Missing Wind Generators Top after import 0.75.3 (fixed?)

I just have poles/Tower ...the top is missing (rotating head to which turbine is fixed).

Game imported with buildings - from 0.74.5 i think.

EDIT:

Today after load-game wind generators tops ware back. Dont know is it was hotfixed or was a after-mport glitch. Same as once recently game time was messed up after importing (ingametime -2474467).
