Fast Draining Splint Kits

Splint Kits have priority on first aiding a person fully bandaged when others around are hurt. By clicking the medic button, the medic will tend to a single person until they are fully bandaged and splinted, but will continue to stay on that person using a charge to splint every singular point that is healed back, leaving other people that are still injured without medical attention. It also drains the splint kit extremely fast compared to just fully splinting and immediately leaving the person alone.

Would be nice to be able to define whether to splint or not, such an in-depth medical system doesnt have much use if you cant control these things.
