[0.76.3] Crash on startup

I have a problem where I can't launch the game through steam. It immediately crashes. I upgraded to Windows 10 and it's my first time trying to play it on windows 10, and sadly it doesn't seem to work. I can't even get the launcher up.
EDIT: The game seems to work perfectly fine if you run it in compatibility mode for windows 8.
