Greetings, let me start by saying this game has taken my favorite game spot, I love your work.

I am reporting a bug that renders certain characters in my group un-responsive. I have recreated it many times, it seems like when one character closes the gates, others will be stuck where they stand until the gate is opened again. This happend with characters who have not used the gate as well. I also have an issue with my second squads icons dissapearing, it seems the only way I have found to remedy this IG is to switch one of the members of the squad to another squad, or save and load. I hope this is useful to you guys.

also try reloading your navmesh
Ctrl + Shift + F11
then go about and open, close, open your gates.

I think the gate thing is just nervousness, tell them to go back and open the gate and as soon as they touch it they tend to feel better about facing the wilds of Kenshi. sometimes a good hug works as well, have someone pick them up and put them down. that seems to make them feel better.

But yes reloading the nav-mesh works best.
