Weird Visual Bug and Animals not attacking. (90.1)

I uploaded a screenshot from this visual bug. When i am zoomed out i see it more "dense" this black stripes (shadows???) when i zoom in the fade more and more and full zoomed in they are almost invisible (or fully invisible)

About the animals, it seems they only attack once, like a charge, and then they dont attack anymore.
I put block mode on my char, and dogs never tried to attack me.
I also saw a fight Dogs VS Bulls and they were just looking each other, no movement, or attack tries at all.

Animals appear to not have an attack at all, aside from that initial. If you buy a pet, and control them, and right click hold an enemy, you'll see that they only have "follow" and "bodyguard". No attack option.
