Do I need to enable any of these mods for smoother running?
It is showing:
Dialogue.mod
Newwworld.mod
fixes(1).mod
rebirth.mod
shader_ball.mod
Newwworld.mod might actually be one of mine, not sure. Haah.
I also don't recognize the 'fixes(1) or 'shader_ball'
I think rebirth/dialogue were there before.
Extended Mod List? Do I need to enable any?

do not enable any Mods unless you install them yourself.
Those extra mods where left in by mistake by the Dev and might have a use in the future, but for now
