[0.90.3] Holy Nation attacks me after patch

After loading my save from 0.90.2 to 0.90.3 the Holy Nation attacks any of my characters indefinitely, no crimes have been committed. Once jailed, my characters stay in jail indefinitely. I attempted to pick out of the cage when my bounty reached -7 hours, and I am immediately attacked on sight even with no bounty and placed back in jail. My faction relation is still 0 with the Holy Nation.

I have exactly the same Situation. when i load my savegame(as a Skeleton) they attack me right after(and i did nothing)
