I have really big FPS drops from 80fps to 9fps even with disabled shadows and medium textures on R9 270x with 2GB.

Optimization will come in time.
the work around is to lower your video settings and turn off shadows.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?

Then Men would become unmanageable

Current computer specs.
AMD FX-8150 - Eight Core, 3.60GHz
NVidia GTX 1050TI
24GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz Ram

haven't had the chance to in 90.8 yet, my RL has been rather busy. but i play with about the same settings you have and have made several lets play videos during it.
