i built a veggie farm and i have water in it and three people assigned to it however they will not work on it.

they will be idle until the farm is ready to harvest then they get it on, have patience.

Also now you should manually load 10 barrels per field, or workers can stuck forever grubbing dead plants.

yeah I learned much later the farming has just been changed. it's working and I've so far saved off the starvation of my people.
