[0.90.15] Crash on loading

After update 0.90.14 game crash everytime when i try load my game.

you tried to load a game from 0.90.13 right?
the game crashes everytime for me when i try this.

Yeah but my second game(no outpost) load without problems and both are 0.90.13.
