As I said, unconscious people eat food.

I was knocked out by a dog, and while I was under "Blood KO", I ate food... As far as I know - no unconscious person can eat food by them selves.....

Think about what would happen if someone was unconcious due to hunger, it would be impossible to eat. Hunger rate was made much slower while characters are unconcious several hotfixes ago, though. Just a game thing.
