[0.91.9]Sneaking near a caged enemy raises Stealth

If you have a guy just stand next to a caged enemy with sneak on he will constantly gain stealth xp due to there being an enemy nearby, however because the enemy is caged his stealth will not be foiled.

Maybe the guy was playing hide-and-seek with the prisoner. :P
