0.91.18 Crash Dump

After importing my latest game into 0.91.18, I had lost my large, hard earned bounty. It was a solo Holy Sword start and I had accumulated a bounty of about 20k. I was checking to see if I was still recognized with the same level of infamy despite the missing bounty but only got the standard reactions from the Holy Nation.

I incurred a small bounty and got captured at Stack just to test the expiration time. After the bounty had expired, I was released and as I was running out, they attacked me and captured me again but I did not get another bounty. As soon as they put me in the cage, the game crashed. Dump attached.

After reloading the save, I picked the lock on the cage. As soon as I clicked escape, the game crashed again. Dump attached.

I'm getting a new crash that is consistent for a particular situation, even after validation and re-import.

I broke into a shop in Stack and knocked out the shop guard. I picked him up and put him down on the floor next to where the shop keeper was sleeping to keep him out of the way. After I put him down, I attempted to loot the shop keeper and the game crashed as soon as I right-clicked him; couldn't even get a menu to come up. Reloaded this several times and tried changing my actions in various ways. Always crashes as soon as I right-click a sleeping NPC.

edit: Confirmed to occur with all sleeping NPC's regardless of location.
