[0.91.18] Character drops items above terrain

I just had an item be dropped a little above the terrain, and now I can't pick it up. Nothing specific happened I just dragged an item off the inventory window I think

do you have the save file associated with this?

might help the Devs if you zip it up and upload it.
if its over 2 megs you will need to use dropbox or google drive or other free cloud storage service then paste the link to it here.

I do have the save file, but I think the item has since despawned or something.
