Can't move at all

Whenever I load a saved game my characters don't respond to anything, they just stand there unable to move. Is there a fix for this? Also, before I saved this particular game, my char would walk everywhere even though it was on the run option. No, he wasn't limping.

That's something I haven't heard of before, can you zip up your quicksave folder and upload it in case Chris wants to take a look at it?
