Hi Everyone,

I just got this game after being undecided for a while. Glad I did. I had some initial problems with it running slow but think I got the balance right now after a bit of graphics tweaking.

I think this game should have been called the unforgiven lol. Its a brutal world but boy does it make the game fun. Theres no shame in running but thats exactly what I had to do when 5 minutes after starting my shack some bandits turned up. Then it was straight back to town with my tail between my legs.

All this and not even half an hour into the game. Can't wait to push on and discover more.

This game will shine when its finished. 10/10 for originality.

Welcome mr vemin. I remember my first expedience with kenshi being similar (but there were no buildings back then). Got out in the desert and got raped by a bunch of bandits. A must buy after that.

In the early versions it was very easy to bleed to death. Ah yes, I remember it like it was yesterday.....running around the desert.....shoeless....shirtless.....beardless.....(back in those days no one but Chris could have a beard)..... talking about p­ies (before it became forbidden), watching several of my characters having their asses handed to them. (Good times )

Next time take a p­ie with you so you can negotiate, or at least distact them .

lol, I guess thats what the food tech tree is for. You get to make a meat p i e to throw as a distraction or a custard p i e in the face to blind them.

Or if you a bad cooker, it can be used as a ranged weapon or shield, you can even get a meat shield *ba da tsum*... i am terrible...
