NPC spotting system
while playing hardcore alone in the desert without saving style, i came up with a idea that npcs sense you in a distance even when a sand hill are between me and bandits, then they just start running just sensing me that i am behind that hill. Is there a possibility that it can be changed on seeing, then you have a slight chance of survival too not running around like a monkey seven bandits on my tail and finding more bandits on my tail then finding some samurais or holy guys to kill them and loot them all, it is fun but still, if you are carrying a beaten jounin then it is hard to run. hiding behind your buildings when bandit group comes but to make things more fun, if they spot you even when you run to your building and lock yourself in it, they have lost sight of you but they know you are there, they still want to get you. but back to the topic, seeing, it would make things more real if they spot on seeing you not by sensing you from a distance. i don't mean that it is bad but to make things more interesting
spotting system should be like this that if one in the group saw you, then he will notify others that you are there or if it is not followed by that code, only one will run towards you weapon drawn, duelling with him would be nice but to make it more real, it have to be like that.
i thought that every character should have a little personality system, like one goes on a berserk when he is hardly hurt and bleeding or when spotting you, some tell others but some just run off without telling a word or a coward, runs away if outnumbered a lot or damaged like when your right hand is out of business, many other things.
sounds interesting
I think that will be inserted soon anyway, otherwise it would hardly be possible to play an assassin or thief
