Mature cheddar. Simple, easy to get but oh, so useful.

And great with vegemite.

Something about the mental image of an anus and cheese together just doesn't sit right with me. I also cannot get the image of a big, puckered, slightly dirty anus out of my mind. Damn you Mag....

As a French man and so from the cheesesland i only eat real cheeses :p
So French or Swiss. ;)
I am not a big fan of Spanish, Dutch and English cheeses.

My favorite is or course the good old Camembert but i am also big fan of the Saint Nectaire a old one is a wonder. and the last would be a 3 years old Comté. a Comté is only good after maturing 2 years. keep in mind, French cheeses must be kept outside a fridge, put one in the fridge and i'll punch you in the teeth!

A good cheese can only be eaten with the best breads, i am doing my own bread, the old way. ;)

flour, yeast (from a baker not industrial), water, salt.
knead the dough then let it "rest?" 2 hours under a wet dishcloth, then knead it again and beat it then let it rest again 1 hour and a half, then your dough must be very light, cut and shape your breads, put some flour on your breads, then place them in a warm oven 250°c oven with a bowl of water. keep an eye on your breads as soon as they are looking good, open your oven, your breads are ready!

by the way the worst cheese ever would be the Norwegain brown cheese, if you see one don't even try it, only norsies can eat that sh** ^^

I am serious about the port salut and the brown cheese, i have a friend from Norway and he is coming once every year when i go to the south of France he can have my appartment near Paris for a week (free he is a friend) and he offered me once a brown cheese.. i was of course over confident.. he wa.. is a friend..) so i took a real big chunk of cheese and put it right into my mouth.. the first 2 seconds you feel surprised, nice caramel taste.. the second later you are spiting the whole thing, i washed my mouyth ten times dranks coke, orange juice everything i had to remove that horrible taste, never ever try that cheese NEVER!!
