[0.91.2] "bug" when hiring squad members

when your squad is full (10/10) and you try to hire someone, they will get the money but won't join your squad.

you have to place the squad member into another/new squad which is not full, then talk to the new guy to hire him another time (will charge again).
i've noticed this since beta launch but now i've found out the reason....and considered this a bug since you have to find the reason for yourself
