[0.90.16] Biofuel distillery not usable on roofs

I have 2 Biofuel distilleries on the roof of a building but none of my characters seem to be able to use them. The one built inside seems to have no problem.

So far with the new 91.18 update I can't build anything on rooftops. IF the character manages to build it anyways then i can't use it.

In previous build I was able to build and use without a problem... And I imported my old town with stuff build on roof tops. I can use those items no problem. 1 t2 tech bench plus 4 camping mats on roof tops existing before and work after. But I can not build more Camping mats on roof tops. Charachter does a dance on top of blueprint and does nothing.

Builds fine elsewhere.

I haven't had any problems. Have you tried reloading the navmesh? crtl+shift+f11

Also, which building type(s) in particular are you having trouble with?

The storm house, the Lhouse and the long house(i think those are the names)

I have not done the navmesh thing. I am looking in to it as we speak.. the loading screen is taking really long time. I think I may have crashed my game..

I did do the navmesh command ctrl-shit-f11. it said it fixed 77 buildings, then went in loading mode. I tried building something on the roof of the long house while the loading window was still visible, and the build failed. I saved my game after the mesh and tried rebooting (cause it took for ever for the loading window to go away) Now I am stuck in the loading screen and can not play from my saved game.

ok so I managed to get back in the game. Not hard. Tried the nav mesh thing a few times and I still can't build anything on roof tops. of any building.
