Actually idk if it's the game feature or a problem in the game..

But i have 11 character where 1 will be the main and 10 is the bodyguards.. the main one is the first character so it already has fast running speed and not with the other so i set it to walking and not running.. but whenever its encountered in a battle or something targeting my group its automatically change the walking speed to running speed for some times after the events end.. it's quite annoying actually..

What i want to know is, is it the game mechanics or the problem in my games because the mods i use in the game? Can anyone help me? :|

double stick man is everyone moving at the slowest speed of anyone selected.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

As far as i know, characters are hardcoded to switch to running when endangered. In other situations you can tune squad's moving speed to the slowest member by cycling through walk\jog\run untill you see two stickmen icon, but characters will still run full speed if combat mode is initiated.

Yes, I have it set to run only as fast as the slowest can run, but what I do to get around that, is take everyone "running" between towns (avoiding the bandit camps of course because its suicide otherwise running that slow) for a "shopping trip" to see if I can find some more bandit back packs, better armour, cloth and hemp for crafting first aid kits (ups your medic value), then once everyone is "full" we run back home to unload (though most of its light weight so your only working out your athletics rather than strength) I find about 4-5 days of running between towns spending saved up coins gets the lowbie's speed up to about 15 or so, and at about that, when empty, you can out run dust bandits, because after a few more runs its at 20 + and less noticeable. if you want to increase stealth, do the same, run with stealth on between towns, it brings it up fast as well, usually I go make a cocoa or something while they run (I have cleared the bandits between their routes now). I have found stealth use (at night) very useful, sometimes bandits wont even see you if you don't go near their camp fires as long as its dark, so the speed thing isn't an issue.

There is one thing I care about with this issue. When I move the team with the double stickman icon, the animals be delayed. Although the moving speed is the same, but apparently it seems to be late for the curve.

If the animal is fast, it by follow order can catches up. If it is the other way around, I have to wait for the confluence, by stop often. Is there any good idea?
