Walk-through land

Description:
There is land near Skinner's Row that can be passed through waist deep. Was ambushed by starving bandits this way. Was cool, but at the same time, a little frustrating from the sudden appearance of enemies.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Skinner's Row.
2. Move down hill between the canyon. Look at the picture for more info.

Consistency:
Works every time.

Severity:
Pretty minor, but important nonetheless.

I get this bug as well but for me its right at the start of the game near brink and mostly other places to very weird i guess my guys body is cold and so he bury himself waist deep in sand
