Iron Spiders Don't React to Presence

Basically what the title says, they seem to constantly be set to friendly

Specifically, they're only set to attack enemies, not neutrals. And the Second Empire faction that owns the Lost Armouries is not -100 by default. So any spiders that spawn there do not consider the player hostile.

Oh it's definitely a bug. Just clarifying some specifics for the devs so it's easier for them to find the issue and fix it.
