Randomly attacked in shop v0.97.2

This has happened to me two times. I'm not sure if it is a bug or intentional, but I only clicked a move order to go into a shop and suddenly I was attacked. This has happened in Buster Hill and one of the Hive settlements. Has this happened to anyone else? It's not something I can repeat.

do u check time and public/private before entering the shop?

Yeah. All doors are wide open. Nothing is private. Middle of the day.
