Altering some basic stats [question/request]

I would like to alter (if possible) the whatever stat affects the ability to detect my characters (so that they always detect me) and the speed of the security spider and security spider II (to a speed of 25), but i was unable to figure out which those stats are.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance
