where is _march 18.mod ?

it's a dependency of dialogues.mod and the FCS put a warning when i try to edit a mod.

Likely an internal mod the devs use for development. It shouldn't cause any issues, as the only stuff that should require it is not in the current game area yet. You can safely ignore the error. :)
