Recruitable Prisoners

I am not a fan of using tons of mods vanilla game is better and have less bugs but i need to download recruitable prisoners mod and 256 recruit limit mod to make game realistic. I know you want to keep kenshi hard and dont caring about you yeah but you can let us to recruit them. Example simply reduce stats by 1/5 so even inquisitors have 15 - 14 attack so kenshi will stay hard or you can let us to only recruit starving bandits and outlaw farmers. İts also be realistic if i was starving i want to join someone's faction who can feed me instead of wandering in desert without any reason in hope of finding food.
