How to install:
1. Unzip file
2. Drag mod into /Data folder.
3. Open up mod.cfg file in text editor of any kind
4. add: cannibalstart.mod to a new line under your other mods
5. ???

I made this mostly to test out the power of the editor and it is INDEED. i cant wait to see how many more functions it can handle, maybe players can create their own vehicles some day or guns, revolvers, even scripts who knows.
