MOUSE4 and MOUSE5 support

I am using a Logitech Trackball mouse. The small buttons above the main left and right buttons are MOUSE4 and MOUSE5 respectively.

I don't have a mousewheel, so controlling the camera is a huge issue for me, as I have to use the keyboard to tilt/zoom. Even more unfortunate, I cannot bind my MOUSE4 or MOUSE5 to anything, so what would be super useful for me is currently useless. Can't speak for others but support for mice with even more buttons such as the Razer Naga would be appreciated by some.

Any Razer mouse uses a software that enables the user to bind any button to whatever the hell they want. I suspect a company as popular Logitech may have a similar function. Try messing around with your Logitech driver, it might even enable you to bind macros to it.

My MOUSE4 in Kenshi is bound to space if I remember correctly.
