[0.74.26] Crashing game/Roaming NPC not spawning.

So, i'm going to describe the events that inturn lead to me actually having to import my game which lead to my crash (More on that in a bit).

So, I was wandering around the world of Kenshi hunting bandits, raiding traders, etc. My normal thing. The only issue is that this time no one was...spawning? I reloaded my game and walked around for another hour and came to the conclusion that no roaming AI was spawning. I headed over to the cannibal camps but everyone there spawned (and tried to kill me). I posted about it on the gameplay section of the Kenshi steam forums (this was before I came to the conclusion that it was most likely a bug and not shitty luck) and someone suggested importing my game because it most likely means I have not imported in quite awhile. This was odd because I imported just this morning since a new update was released.

So, here is when the major issues started happening. After I imported my game it took a terribly long time to load (as it does) but this time it started pausing and un-pausing like crazy. It would teleport me around different parts of the map as if it was loading them in, still un-pausing and pausing at a very high speed. After awhile it settled down but left me in the middle of the map with only one of my three squads spawned in. I thought this may just be a minor bug so I exited the game, came back, and imported again. This time it spawned me at my base with only 1 person spawned and no one else there. Like, it was only that 1 person in one squad, everyone else had been deleted. I again exited and tried to import only for it to spawn all of my squads in the void. So, again, I exited and import and this time it spawned all 3 of my squads within my base with only, eh.... maybe 5 out of 13 of my people in the void. I thought that this was great and all I had to do was simply reset my squad position and it would spawn them back. So I exited the game, reset my squad postion, and started loading in. After about half of the normal loading time (30 seconds to a minute) the game crashed. I thought this may just be another bug and tried loading again only for it to crash. I tried 2 more times, both resulting in the game crashing while on the loading screen. The next time I tried it spawned me in but with only ONE of my squads spawned in. That means I was missing more than half of my total guys.

So, not sure what to do. I had a discussion about it and someone said at this point it's best I just upload the crash dumps and save file.

Did you fix my issue with the roaming NPCs? I havn't had a chance to get out and look for them as of yet.

I can't be sure if it's a bug or just bad luck. When I loaded the save you sent me I found several NPC squads in the vicinity

Bad luck for specifics users, if anything.. I made a report about this a couple months ago i believe, but I cannot find that post... I know I made it..

NPC squads other than bandits had vanished from the world for me long long ago.. No samurai lords.. no bucket heads, and no cannibals.. The only squads I would ever see were bandits and traders. Slaver squads reappeared around the time the slaver camp was implimented though. I had mentioned that for a while i thought maybe it was just that animals were wiping them out, but no.. They were just never anywhere... I miss playing with cannibals.. When i went to the cannibal camp, it was for me, just as midnight says. They were all clumped up together at the camp all running around like they were playing musical chairs.. No other cannibals in sight though.
