[0.90.6] Random 'program stopped working'

I haven't been able to figure out if there is any one thing that triggers it, but I'm consistently getting a 'program stopped working' crash. I tried importing the party / research / buildings, but this made no change to the crash.

Since it is a 'program stopped working' crash, there is no crash log. So this probably doesn't help the developers at all... but I just figured I would drop a note about it. I'll probably restart and see if I can get it again later.
