So, earlier today I bought the key on Desura not knowing it was cheaper on the Kenshi site. But thats not my problem or question.

Do I get the steam key (once Kenshi is released on steam of course) if I bought it from desura?

Yes and yes. And yes. Its all the same no matter where you buy it from, but if you buy it direct from me we cut out the middlemen so thats why you get it a bit cheaper.
