Simple Damage Notifications

Been playing Kenshi for 4 months now and im loving it.

My suggestion is more a gameplay tweak for when a player starts to expand their faction, as it becomes increasing difficult to keep track of all your faction members at once and often find squad being attacked while your concentrating on something else in the game.

I suggest adding in some form of notification for when a unit is receiving damage, for example the character portrait flashing red or a small symbol to indicate that unit is in combat.

Anyway as i said loving the game and looking forward to the next update!
